High Blood Pressure Symptoms
High blood pressure (hypertension) is often referred to as "the silent killer," because there are usually no symptoms. If symptoms do occur, they are usually mild and nonspecific, meaning they could be attributed to any number of health complications. To find out if you do suffer from high blood pressure, it is important to have your blood pressure taken regularly. However, those who suffer from high blood pressure have reported headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, and nausea. Because most people don't seek treatment until they suffer organ damage as a result of high blood pressure, heart failure, strokes, kidney failure and loss of vision can be signs of high blood pressure.
